Description

Description: Radiopharmaceuticals This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation for commercial items and will be conducted in accordance FAR Part 13.5 (FAC 2005-87). The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire radiopharmaceuticals for the Miami VA Medical Center. It is the intention of the Government to solicit via RFQ VA248-16-Q-0399, NAICS Code: 325412 in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation and award a contract on a competitive basis. The contract resulting from the solicitation shall be a Firm Fixed Priced Requirements contract. In an effort to meet the green initiative, documents shall be submitted electronically via email. Each email shall not be more than five (5) megabytes in size. Quotes submitted by any other means other than emailed will not be accepted. The electronic solicitation is hereby announced on this 28th day of the month of April 2016. The quoter shall be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents/amendments from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Interested firms must be fully registered and active in the SAM database www.sam.gov. All correspondence and any and all questions must be submitted in via email only to: Ogniel.Alvarez@va.gov the Contracting Officer. All Requests for Information (RFI's) or any questions are due by 10 May 2016.
