VA Medical Center 921 N.E. 13th St Oklahoma City, OK. 73104 Background In the near future a solicitation will be posted as the VA Medical Center in OKC OK has a need for a service contract which requires work to be performed on Chiller #4. This will be a one-time service contract for the repair of that chiller. Project Scope The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center requires work to be performed on Chiller #4. The Chiller is a York 600 ton chiller Model:YKGQEXP8-CSG, Serial: SAXM831910 This work has two parts. Part 1 Remove, Repair, and Re-Install Chiller Motor. Part 2Replacement of Micro Board and Return Chiller to Service. Service Location VA Medical Center 921 N.E. 13th St Oklahoma City, OK. 73104 The solicitation should be posted soon, any questions please e-mail Lance.Davis2@va.gov. A Request for Information (RFI # VA256-16-N-0631) has been posted, if interested please respond to RFI. The solicitation will have the full SOW/PWS describing all requirements.
