- The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price requirements contract for a base year and two option years to procure for the Technical Service for the Electrical Power Plant III (EPPIII) program here at Letterkenny Army Depot. This will be a direct award to Jenoptik Advanced, LLC. 6940 Commerce Avenue, El Paso, TX 79915-1102, CAGE: 1VD61. The solicitation W911N2-16-R-0036 will be award approximately 15 June 2016. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quote to the contracting officer before the notice end date. If no affirmative written responses are received by 02:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on May 13, 2016 an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
