Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT MARKET SURVEY. THERE IS NO SOLICATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitue a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does it issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. Joine Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ is seeking sources to provide maintenance and repair to golf course turf equipment. Maintenance and repair is required on an as needed basis, with the bulk of the service being performed during the winter months. Transportation of equipment will be the responsibility of the vendor. Work will be in accordance with manufacturers maintenance guide using original manufacturer's replacement parts. The estimated period of performance is one base year with four option years. Equipment Listing: Mower - John Deer Diesel JD 2500A, 2500E, 2500, 2653, 2653A, 3215E and 1435 Tees Mowers - 1 - Toro 3000 Rough Mower - 1 - Jacobsen Turfcat Diesel T423D Utility Vehicles - 2 Toro Workman 3200 Utility Vehicles - 1 Cushman Trucksters Bunker/Infield Rakes - 2 Toro 14 Sand Pro Tractor/ Front end Loader- 1 John Deere 2150 Company must be registered with SAM. Interested sources shall provide descriptive litereature that documents their ability to provide maintenance for the equipment. Responses are required by 10 May 2016.
