- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to EMCLARITY PTY, LTD. The requirement is for the purchase of: E10G Cobra Gimbal with 750mm Antenna, Model #:, E10G-07-36-C, Qty 2 each E10G Modem with 10Gbps interface and standard ULL firmware, 10 Gbps 4.2Ghz Bandwidth 16 QAM, with full LDPC error correction and 27dBm HPA, Qty 2, each This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 and the size standard is 1,250 employees.
