Description

SF18 - N00178-16-T-0090 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N00178-16-T-0090 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not set-aside for small business. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from Concurrent Computer Corporation, 4375 River Green Pkwy, STE-100, Duluth, GA 30096-8319, a quantity (qty) of one (1) RedHawk Linux 32-bit w/ CentOS Distribution Includes one RedHawk Right-to-Use License with PN#: W-RHL-RTC-IA32, a qty of one (1) RedHawk Linux 64-bit w/ CentOS Distribution Includes one RedHawk Right-to-Use License with PN#: W-RHL-RTC-IA64, a qty of twenty-five (25) RedHawk Linux Right-to- Use License with PN#: W-RHL-RT-UL and quantity of one (1) Total Yearly Software Maintenance following Concurrent's standard warranty with PN#: SW-YM in accordance with the attached SF18. Concurrent Computer Corporation is deemed to be the only vendor whose software products meet all Government requirements and the software must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing systems presently installed. Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 5 May 2016, no later than 5:00 p.m. CDT with an anticipated award date by 28 May 2016.
