- Statement of work for all treatment blocks General Statement of Work used for all treatment blocks The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) may have Grasshopper/Mormon Cricket Aerial Spray Programs in 2016. As a result, USDA APHIS MRPBS AAMD Contracting Activity at the Minneapolis Business Site may be contracting for control treatment services for aerial spraying of insecticides. If treatment blocks are needed, they will be conducted in western United States on rangelands. It unlikely, there will be a large need for control, at this time, there is a need in Idaho. Each solicitation for treatment will be posted to this synopsis (the Idaho Block is posted and is titled: Solicitation 01, Keithly Creek Block) and vendors are encouraged to register as an interested vendor to receive email updates of posted solicitations. The Small business size standard is $7.0 million and has a NAICS Code: 115112.
