- Delineated Area Map GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) SEEKS TO LEASE THE FOLLOWING SPACE IN SAN ANTONIO, TX - RLP No. 6TX0556 State: Texas City: San Antonio Delineated Area: Space shall be located in the area within the following boundaries: Beginning at the general intersection of I-10 and Haven for Hope Way, headed in a southerly direction to connect with S Salado St. Thence, headed in an eastern direction along El Paso St to the San Antonio River. Thence, in a general northern direction following along the San Antonio River to E Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard. Following along E Cesar E. Chavez Blvd in an eastern direction to the intersection of S Cherry St. Thence, in a northern direction to connect with Austin St. Continuing north along Austin St. to I-35. Thence, along I-35 in a western direction to I-10. Along I-10 in a western direction to the general intersection of I-10 and Haven for Hope Way. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 28,970 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 28,970 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 12 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 12 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Of the 28,970 square feet, 23,702 must be contiguous in the building. The remaining 5,268 ABOA sf may be located non-contiguous to the larger space. The block of 23,702 square feet must be located on 2 nd floor or above. Column spacing must be a minimum of 25’ on center. Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
