- Stanley Hardware Literature Stanley Hardware Requirements Phase 2, 1st floor Specs Phase 1, 2nd Floor Specs Sample Particle Board Door requirement SF 30 Amendment to add option 2 Solicitation Clauses SF 18 Door and Hardware Statement of specifications for Doors and Hardware This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number AG-4329-S-16-0002 is issued as a request for quotations and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-87. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 321911. The small business size standard is 750. This procurement is set aside for all small businesses that are within a 2 hour commute of our location. Phase 1 and Phase2 Door and Hardware requirements in accordance with specs. An optional site visit can be scheduled between the 2nd and the 6th of May 2016 at USDA ARS 21 Dunbar Rd. Byron, GA 31008. Vendor requesting a site visit must provide an email address for project addendum or other clarifying information. Vendors shall inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of the performance of the contract to the extent such information can be reasonably obtained. The Base, being the 2 nd floor, consists of 73 doors (I.A.W. drawings & Specs). Option 1, 1 st floor consisting of 76 doors will be awarded based on the availability of FY 2017 funding. Option 2 is for continuous concealed hinges in place of ball bearing hinges on doors. If technically acceptable and funding available, Option 2 will be awarded with the Base and the originally quoted ball bearing hinges will be deducted and reflected on the total dollar amount of award. Contractor shall provide a separate price sheet with each of the sub-line items broken out by description, manufacture part number, unit price, quantity and extended price and each item shall have included the technical cut sheet/documentation for evaluation. Submittals should include: SF18 & SF30 with pricing Each priced item should include the following • CLIN 0001 Phase 1 - 2 nd Floor doors and hardware, quantity 73 Contractor shall provide a separate price sheet with each of the sub-line items broken out by description, manufacture part number, quantity, unit price, and extended price. Each item shall have included the technical cut sheet/documentation for evaluation. If more than one item is listed on the cut-sheet provided, the contractor shall mark the proposed item. a) Door b) next item c) next item Description, manufacture part number, quantity, unit price, extended price Evaluation of Quote: The Government anticipates awarding a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offer or whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical acceptability will be based on meeting the requirements in the specifications. Evaluation will be conducted by ranking the offerors in order of price. The lowest priced offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability, if acceptable an award will be made; if unacceptable, the next lowest offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability and so on until an acceptable offeror is identified for award. The contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale, provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. Acceptance of the standard commercial warranty does not waive the Government's rights under the Inspection clause nor does it limit the Governments' rights with regard to the other terms and conditions of this contract. In the event of a conflict, the terms and conditions of the contract shall take precedence over the standard commercial warranty. The contractor shall provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty (if applicable) with its response.
