Description
W911W4-16-T-0032 Released Request for Quote This is a non-personal services contract to provide the U.S. Army INSCOM G-6 with maintenance support for their 20 Konica Minolta copying machines at the Headquarters (HQ) INSCOM on Fort Belvoir Virginia and the copying machines at the Metro Park location in Alexandria Virginia. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the required services when they come to the locations to service the machines. Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government when working on these machines. The contractor shall provide certified technicians authorized to perform the required services on the 20 Konica Minolta copying machines. Specific Tasks The contractor is to either come out within the first five (5) calendar days of each month to take a meter reading or is to retrieve meter readings from the COR within the same 5 days of each month. If the contractor is receiving the meter readings from the COR on a monthly basis, the contractor is to come out once a quarter, by the 10th day of the month following the end of a three (3) month period to perform preventative maintenance on the copiers and check them to see if any consumable supplies need to be replaced. If consumables are not on hand during the quarterly inspection, the Contractor will have 10 calendar days after the inspection to return, and install the replacement consumable supplies. Contractor is to take all removed/replace consumable supplies with him/her to dispose of upon departure from the command. If the contractor is called in response to a machine that is dead lined, the contractor has 24 hours to provide a technician on site to repair the copier. Copier is to be repaired within four (4) business hours after contractor arrival.
