Description

This will be a FSS SDVOSB Set Aside Human Resources Management Service is requesting funding approval to exercise option year two of a contract with VENDOR to serve as a third party agent to post hard-to-fill and critical vacancies to various on-line websites for VA Boston Healthcare System VENDOR is a third-party operator of niche website job boards and offers an integrated cross-posting/job distribution and strategy optimization technology solution. VENDOR directly manages numerous in-network websites and has agreements with thousands of websites. As a result, VENDOR is best suited to support VA Boston's web posting requests due to the scope and efficiency of their services. Services to be provided under this agreement include: Utilization of various recruitment tools. This will also include utilization of established vertical networks. Creating and/or providing the access for VA BHS to post "Company" and "Group" profiles that can be added to participating internet job sites. Providing like discounts on volume postings on sites or networks where discounted pricing options are available. Providing the administration of Special Requests such as access to resume search capability, advertising and featured job requests when available and when requested. Providing on-going support and training for all users at VA Boston Healthcare System. Providing registration for supported virtual events, career fairs, and opportunities. VENDOR will provide VA Boston Healthcare System web-proofs for each job posting. A fee for this service will be applied and deducted from the balance of the contract. Charges are based on individual site fees for services requested. OneClick features for VA Boston will include: Ability to post jobs to virtually any job board on the Internet Ability to pause, edit or delete jobs directly via the system. NOTE: The C&A requirements do not apply and a Security Accreditation Package is not required. Delivery VENDOR will provide the advertising, job posting, and customer support services specified in this Statement of Work which will support recruitment for hard-to-fill and critical vacancies for the VA Boston Healthcare System. Assignment of individual user accounts for all BHCS system users. Job posting verification to ensure jobs are posted on selected web sites.
