Description

The Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center, located at 6010 Amarillo Blvd West, Amarillo, TX, 79106 has a requirement for hazard and non-hazardous waste removal, transportation and disposal services for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Services shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work of the contract. The anticipated Period of Performance for these services is base year of 365 days (i.e., commencing on or about September 14, 2016) with a possibility of four one year Options. The intent is a 100% SDVOSB Set-Aside, which will result in a fixed-price service contract. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is VA258-16-Q-0417. The applicable NAICS code is 562112 and the small business size standard is $38.5 million. TELEPHONIC REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. When issued, the solicitation will be available only by downloading from the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov/. The estimated issue date is on/about May 2, 2016, and the anticipated closing date is June 13, 2016 at 2:00 PM Central Standard Time.
