- MASC SBSA Draft RFP The Missile Defense Agency releases the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HQ0147-16-R-0022, for the Agency's Modeling and Simulations Contract (MASC) Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. MDA encourages industry input, comments, and questions to identify and resolve concerns regarding the acquisition and to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities. Questions and/or comments are due to MDA no later than 1700 Central Time on 13 May 2016 and may be submitted to MASCSBSA@mda.mil, subject line "MASC SBSA Draft RFP#1." Industry is advised that the final Request for Proposal (RFP), when posted, will supersede any draft information posted to date. The final RFP will represent the Government's requirement. All communications concerning this acquisition must be coordinated through the Procuring Contracting Officer. An Offerors' Library will be established prior to the issuance of the final RFP and will contain unclassified data. Offerors will be notified of the availability or of any updates to the Library. This draft solicitation is for planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to any contractual agreements or arrangements. This announcement is for information planning purposes only and proposals are not requested. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any procurement of services. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation or a promise if a solicitation in the future.
