- THIS IS A BUY INDIAN SET ASIDE The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is soliciting offers to procure for a Tractor for the Bureau of Indian Education, Northern Navajo Schools Facility Management. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. A16PS00566, herein cited is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86. This acquisition is for a Native American Owned Small Business Set-Aside under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C). The NAICS Code is 532490, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing $32.5. Scope of Work: The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Education, Bureau of Indian Education, Northern Navajo Education Line Office, Housing Office have a requirement for Tractor to be delivered to Shiprock New Mexico: 2015 New Holland T4-75 Powerstar Tractor: Features: 1. 12x12 Syncro Shuttle Transmission, 74 HP Turbocharged Diesel Engine; 655 Tl Loader, Duel Mechanical Remote Valves, Enclosed A/D and Heated Cab; Includes; 2. Landpride Lr1696 Landscape Rake; 20-40 HP, 96" Working Width, High Carbon Spring Steel 3. Landpride Rb3796 Rear Blade; 35-80 HP, 96" Working Width, Angling/Tilt Capabilities, 1/2"X6" Reversable & Replacement Heat Treated Cutting Edge. 4. Landpride RCR 1884 Rotary Cutter; 45-90 HP, 84" Working Width, 2" -11" Cutting Height. 5. Wallenstien Rancho Gx720 Backhoe Attachment: 35-70 HP, 6' Digging Depth X 10' Reach, 3-Point Hitch Mounted, 3800 Lbs Bucket Digging Force, 12" 3-Tooth Bucket. Vendor must notify the point of contact to confirm delivery date and time, Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm and closed on Federal Holidays and weekends. Unscheduled deliveries will not be accepted. Authorized Personnel to Place Orders: Point of Contact for delivery will be Carol Dokey, Housing Manager, at (505) 368-3427. Period of Performance is 30 Date from the date of Award.
