- 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders—Commercial Items. 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items (May 2015) Statement of Work Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Requested reagents are needed for clinical-grade manufacturing of retinal pigment epithelium cells for human induced pluripotent stem cells needed for investigational new drug (IND)-enabling preclinical animal studies. Reagents are required to be specially prepared to ensure the clinical compatibility of the National Institutes of Health, National Eye Institute, Unit on Ocular and Stem Cell Translational Research product. Reagents are required to be sterile filtered and then tested to be negative for mycoplasma and endotoxin. See attached Statement of Work for requirements.
