Description

Sources Sought Document Draft PWS Section C Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington, is conducting preliminary planning market research to obtain information from potential and eligible contractors for a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQC) for Job Order Contract (JOC) for Real Property Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) minor construction for a broad range of trades; including: carpentry, excavation, electrical, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete, masonry, welding, HVAC, asbestos removal, etc., on real property at Fort Irwin, CA. Orders placed under the contemplated contract will be for minor construction SRM work on Fort Irwin to include the areas of Training Area, Barstow-Daggett Airfield as well as Southern California Airport. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the size standard is $36,5million.
