- Description
- This is a notification that the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to award a sole source, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Level of Effort (LOE) contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Agency Requirements. This contract will be awarded to Harlan Lee & Associates LLC, 8229 Boone Blvd Ste 610, Vienna, VA 22181-2635, to provide uninterrupted, strategic planning, communication and organizational integration support services, and integration support. This effort is currently being performed under contract number HQ0147-10-D-0030-0007, which expires on 18 August 2016. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611 with a size standard of $15M. The resultant contract for these advisory and assistance services will be for a base period of three months with one (1) three-month option and one (1) two-month option period. This notice is not a request for proposals. This action will result in a "bridge" contract which is necessary to allow for continuity of critical contractor services until a competitive contract is awarded under the Technical Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisition strategy. Any information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for enhancing competition in a future competitive procurement. The government will not pay for information submitted. All responses must be received no later than May 17, 2016, 2:00 pm, central time and should be submitted to Lt Col Andrew Nordin, Contracting Officer, via email andrew.nordin@mda.mil. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
