- Request for Information for Body Worn Digital Video Transmitter Request for Information: The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement to develop a body worn digital video transmitter. The transmitter must be able to be concealed on the body and operate for a minimum of three hours. Physical size and power efficiency are of utmost importance to be effective. This RFI's specific purpose is to obtain market information on viable sources, industry practices, innovative technical approaches/solutions, and answers to specific questions.
