- Estimated issue date May 17, 2016 and estimated closing/response date June 16, 2016 Purchase Request#: FD2030-16-00530 RFP#: SPRTA1-16-R-0314 Nomenclature/Noun : Alternating Generator for the F-15 Aircraft, NSN 6115-01-234-5860HY, with Part Number31169-010. The maximum quantity on Line Item 0001 is 6. AMC: 3D History: There is a historical award on March 18, 2011 under contract SPM4AX-11-D-9403-UN01 for 50 each to Safran Power USA, LLC. Mandatory Language: Note: Item Description: Length 9.50 00 inches, Height 9.500 0 inches, Width 10.00 00 inches, Weight 42.60 00 (LB). Item Function: This generator which when mounted to the CSD supplies the aircraft with three phase electrical power at 120/208 volts at 400HZ. Rating at 60/75/90 Kva. Currently Safran Power USA. LLC (Cage 3 CPE0) is the only known sources that can satisfy the Government requirements. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firms(s) listed: Safran Power USA. LLC (Cage 3CPE0). An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government Personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposal or in the source selection process.
