ID01160048 Limiting Sources Justification with Technical Certification, CO Certification, FAS Region 1 approval Highly specialized support services for the HAF/A2 to address enterprise-wide ISR core mission capabilities supporting a strategic outreach and communications program that is inclusive of but not limited to research, data/information gathering, analysis and synthesis of gathered research/materials to enable and assist with delivery of effective strategic messaging capability for communication to senior leaders and the workforce across the AF enterprise, DoD, Industry and within the Intelligence Community on future ISR capabilities and the impacts to various CCTs and CONOPS. The HAF/A2 office is responsible for policy, advising and executing all intelligence matters for the US Air Force. This effort provides continuing critical support services, including processes and procedure development to support program management of Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems, the "Dragon Web" team, the Advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar System, Cyber ISR efforts, and Position, Navigation and Timing efforts to include the Celestial Object Sighting System (COSS) Program. Additionally, the contractor provides support to the Open Mission Systems (OMS) and Unmanned Aerial Systems Common Mission Command and Control Interface (UCI) efforts to include the support management of the Senior Year Electro-Optical Reconnaissance System Sensor Program, the Hyperspectral Chip program, the Airborne Signals Intelligence Payload Sensor Program, next generation EW ISR efforts and perform liaison activities with both Distributed Common Ground Stations (DCGS) and CMCC. The contractor provides oversight and management on Reserve Manning and provide Air Staff oversight of Reserve Manning issues as well.
