Wage Determination_2005-2567 (Rev. 21) Technical Exhibit 4 - Monthly Maintenance Schedule Technical Exhibit 3 - List of Doors Technical Exhibit 2 - Deliverables Schedule Technical Exhibit 1 - Performance Requirements Summary Performance Work Statement - Automatic Door Maintenance and Repair Solicitation Amendment: W911S8-16-R-0004-0001 Solicitation: W911S9-16-R-0004 (Conformed) The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary to perform Automatic Door Maintenance and Repair Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as Government-furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform these services in accordance with the most current commercial industry standards, codes and regulations, NFPA and American National Standard for Power Operated Doors, ANSI/BHMA A156.10. The purpose of this contract is to perform maintenance and repair services for automatic doors at various facilities throughout Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Performance of these maintenance and repair services requires specialized technical skills currently provided through contract. Contractor shall plan, program, administer, manage, and execute all work necessary to provide the specified services in this PWS. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to perform automatic door maintenance and repair services (electric walk-through doors) as defined in this PWS. All services shall be in accordance with the most current American National Standard for Power Operated Doors, ANSI/BHMA A156.10. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable Department of Defense, Army, Air Force, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, codes, technical manuals, and acceptable commercial industry practices in the delivery of required services.
