- FA5004-16-Q-0013 Attachment 1 Parts Information Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for Oshkosh parts for a blower head assembly. Please see attached documentation for requested parts information. The HIGHLIGHTED parts and quanities are what are required for the blower head assembly. Please include a breakdown of unit cost per part. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the soliciation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors are encouraged to monitor www.fedbizopps.gov for any changes to the announcement or subsequent solicitation and postings. All offerors MUST be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM) database, which is available at https://www.sam.gov.
