- Building Maintenance/Remodel - Southwest District The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, is soliciting offers for two buildings maintenance/remodel. The work includes Furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to renovate portions of the North and South administrative office buildings for the BLM Southwest District Campus in Montrose Colorado. The estimated price of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the System for Award Management website at www.sam.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation. The solicitation will be advertised on or about April 15, 2016. Offers are due no later than May 13, 2016 and must be received no later than 5 pm MDT on May 13, 2016.
