S. Department of Agriculture, Southwest Idaho/Nevada Acquisition Center (SWINAC), 1249 S. Vinnell Way, Ste. 200, Boise, ID 83709-1663, UNITED STATES Description The purpose of this notice is to obtain services for carpet removal, disposal, site prep and replacement of carpet and base coving for 13,992 square feet in Ogden, Utah. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to conduct carpet replacement in compliance with terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation. The solicitation will result in a single award contract. The North American Industry System code is 442210. Other information for vendors is listed below: Registration requires a D-U-N-S Number from Dun and Bradstreet and may take up to three weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. Vendors must have a valid D-U-N-S Number. Request a D-U-N-S Number from Duns and Bradstreet on the web at http://www.dnb.com/us/duns_update/ Register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application in SAM as stated in the solicitation. Vendors can access SAM at http://www.sam.gov. The solicitation will be issued today via the Fed Biz Opps website at https://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments will be posted on FBO as well.
