Please address any questions or concerns to Ms. Twila Hopkins at 314-331-8124 or twila.a.hopkins2@usace.army.mil End of Amendment 01 notice. ********************************************************************** COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W912P916Q0048 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to make one (1) award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-16-Q-0048 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87 dated 6 April 2016. This requirement is being solicited as 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors, with a Small Business Size Standard of $15M Dollars. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. When price and other factors are considered, price is more important. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. PLEASE NOTE: Evaluation Criteria to be submitted with bids: Contractor shall submit with Bids verification on the following: The pump rehabilitation firm shall have been regularly engaged in the rehabilitation of Moving Water Industries (MWI) submersible pumps. Contractor shall submit a minimum of 3 projects involving rehabilitation and inspection of (MWI) manufactured submersible pumps completed within the past 10 years. PLEASE ENSURE YOU COMPLETE THE ATTACHED BID PACKET.
