- Shop layout Electronic Panel Foundations and Footings Acronyms Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) Safety Specification Technical Requirements Data (TRD) Performance Work Statement (PWS) The United States Air Force (USAF) at Hill Air Force Base intends to award a contract to design, manufacture, install and integrate two shock isolator test towers (SITT) in accordance with the attached standard form 33 and those documents (attachments) referenced in section J. In accordance with FAR 52.219-6, this requirement will be a total small business set-aside. USAF plans on holding a preproposal conference on May 24, 2016 at 9:00am to 11:00 am MST. Companies interested in attending must fill out the attached Industry Day excel spreadsheet and return to david.bryan.8@us.af.mil no later than close of business (1600 MST) May 17, 2016 Please submit any questions concerning this requirement in writing, via email before the closing date. Questions need to be emailed directly to david.bryan.8@us.af.mil. The Government has TOs for the existing Shock Isolator(s); LCC SI W3-5, LER SI, MSS SI, and LCC SI W1 Test Stand. If any contractor would like a copy you must provide a current DD2345 and must compy with AFI 61-204. Upon reciept of your approval DD2345 (that must be completed and approved before you request a copy) you will be mailed a CD with all associated TOs.
