- Amendment N00024-16-R-5363-0005, Questions and Answers Amendment N00024-16-R-5363-0005, Conformed Copy Amendment N00024-16-R-5363-0005 The purposes of amendment 0005 are to: (1) provide responses to questions received from industry, (2) provide updates to the solicitation in response to questions and feedback received from industry, and (3) extend the specified hour and date for receipt of offers to 1400 EDT on 3 June 2016. See Summary of Changes for details. A conformed copy of the solicitation is included for reference. As of this amendment the Navy believes all questions submitted in response to this solicitation have been answered.
