Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office - Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), Sea Warrior Program (PMW 240), intends to negotiate a period of performance extension with an estimated value of $2.2M to existing SeaPort-e Task Order N00178-04-D-4065-NS01 with ICI Services Corporation of Virginia Beach, VA 23452. This procurement will fulfill the ongoing program support efforts required for the Sea Warrior Program office, located at 701 South Courthouse Road, Arlington, VA 22204. The contemplated Task Order modification will extend the period of performance end date of 19 May 2016 by a period not to exceed two months to allow for the award of ensuing competitive SeaPort-e task orders. This effort is inextricably linked to work already being performed by ICI Services Corporation under the aforementioned SeaPort-e Task Order. The Government intends to award this bridge contract under the authority of FAR 6.302- 1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
