- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region, intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract for the Replacement of HVAC Equipment & Duct Work in the ASR-8 Building in Eugene, Oregon. -Type of Contract: Firm, Fixed Price -Davis Bacon Wage Rates Apply -Estimated Value: $100,000 to $500,000 -Offers Due: May 6, 2016 at 4:00PM LOCAL TIME -NAICS Code: 238220 This requirement is Total Small Business Set Aside using Tiered Evaluation according to the order of precedence specified in this SIR (from first to last): a) 8(a) SEDB Small Business b) SDVOSB c) Small Business and responsible, competitive offers from the previous tiers. All business competing for this acquisition shall certify their status on the Business Declaration Form inserted following Part IV, Section K. DETAILS FOR ATTENDING THE OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There is one coordinated OPTIONAL Site Visit on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 11:00AM LOCAL TIME. a. The meeting point for the site visit: FAA EUG ARSR 28833 Douglas Dr. Eugene, OR 97402 To attend the site visit, advance notice is required by April 22, 2016 at 2:00PM LOCAL TIME to the FAA POC identified below.
