"H92254-16-R-0001 (DRAFT)" has been updated and replaced by "H92254-16-R-0001 (DRAFT) rev 1". Updates were made to the CLIN structure and several clauses to correctly reflect a 10-year ordering period, a SBIR Phase III small business goal (not mandate) was added to Section H.11, and the Key Personnel clause (5652.237-9001) fill-in was corrected. "Attachment List" has also been updated and replaced by "Attachment List rev 1". Updates were made to the applicable updated package numbers. Package 3a replaces Package 3 in its entirety. "RFP Att 5 - Rep TO 1 SOO" has been updated and replaced by "RFP Att 5 - Rep TO 1 SOO FOUO rev 1". Updates were made to paragraphs 3.7 and 5.0. *NOTE* A revised "Rep TO 1 Att 2 - DD254" is not currently available but will be posted when it becomes available.
