Description: Remove existing loose gravel from the existing 10,225sf built up roof, flashings at the parapet wall, eight unused plumbing vents to below roof line, two pitch pockets to below roof line,and four, three foot 4 x 4 curb pieces. Replace with a 60 mil EPDM, fully adhered roof material (approx. 102.25SQ) to include all flashings, 1 mechanically fastened polyisocyanurate insulation board, and any other accessories required to make a complete water tight roofing system.
