- Asbestos Report Solicitation AG-8191-S-16-0005 Wage Determination Index of Spec 01500 Photos Past Performance Questionnaire Index of Spec 02230 Index of Spec 01010 Index of Spec 02221 Fire Plan Index of Spec 028200 Index of Spec 02111 The Prescott National Forest intends to award a contract for the Mingus Work Center and Fire Center Rappel Tower demolition. The project consists of providing all materials, equipment, labor, transportation, and incidentals to demolish two buildings at Mingus Work Center and one rappel tower at the Prescott Fire Center. The work includs sute demolition of buildings (including concrete pads and footings) and site features chain link fencing, propane tank and campground grill, removal and proper disposal of water tank and aboveground connections, disconnecting and capping of all site utiilites, removal and proper disposal of septic tank, disconnecting and capping of lines to leachfield, proper disposal of all debris and restoration of site to nature grade. Pre-bid Site Visit is scheduled for May 23rd at 10:00 PST location at 2971 Willow Creek Rd., Bldg. #4, Prescott, AZ 86301. If attending you MUST park either in the back of the building that is marked Forest Service and call (928) 443-8246 so I may let you into the building.
