- Statement of Work Wing Access form. Please return no later than 1:00pm, May 5th. Drawing In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a)(13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. The Maryland Air National Guard is inviting vendors to attend a site survey May 6th 2016 at 1:00pm EST for the installation of cabinetry in the VIP Kitchenette lounge. Attached you will find the statement of work and other supporting documentation for this solicitation. A Wing Access Form is required for entry onto the base and is attached, please return by 1:00pm EST 5 May 2016 to MSgt Kerry Guy at Kerry.t.guy.mil@mail.mil. Please see attached documentation for more information on procedures. Pre-solicitation brief will be held in the Wing Multipurprse room, Bldg 4200 (HQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation for installing Cabinetry, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-66. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 238350 and the small business size standard is $15M. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation.
