- Draft Pricing Model Spreadsheet Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997) (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. (b) Although "proposal" and "offeror" are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) This solicitation is issued for the purpose of collecting industry feedback on the attached draft documents (-1) & (-2) for the below effort. The Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA) 773rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (773 ESS) plans to issue a solicitation for the Air Force Family Advocacy Program (FAP) West requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the requirement is 624190, Other Individual and Family Services. The Government intends to set subject acquisition aside for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns under the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program. This notice is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). In addition, this notice does not commit the Government to contract for any services whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals or accepting unsolicited proposals. The Government is accepting questions and capability statements in regard to this notice, however, the Government is under no obligation to answer any or all questions submitted. Do any of the documents/instructions/evaluation criteria provide any unfair competitive advantage? Does the pricing model worksheet make sense, do the fields populate as expected? This does not mean to provide actual numbers, just ensure that the worksheet is correct.
