The following documents are available. New: Attachment 13 CDRL Distribution Matrix Draft RFP Round 2 Questions 05APR16 W900KK-16-R-0005 Draft Solicitation 30APR16 Updated: Attachment 1 SOW Attachment 3 SSS and TDP Distro Agreement Attachment 5 Evaluate Price Attachment 8 Performance Risk Questionnaire Attachment 9 Gov WBS Attachment 11 QASP Unchanged: Attachment 4 Question and Comment Form Attachment 6 Cost Proposal Adequacy Checklist Attachment 7 Preaward Survey of Prospective Contractor Accounting System Checklist Attachment 10 Data Item Form Attachment 12 DD254 Interested parties are requested to hold questions until the release of the final RFP. The SSS, TDP, and GFP/GFI Lists are identified as Unclassified/For Official Use Only with Distribution Statement D restrictions as appropriate; a Distribution Agreement is provided to provide to instructions for obtaining and handling the IEWTPT SSS, TDP, and GFP/GFI Lists. All contractors requesting access to these documents must be cleared DOD contractors that must be vetted by the PEO STRI G2 and the Defense Security Services (DSS). If Foreign Ownership, Controlled or Influenced companies request access, they must provide a copy of the appropriate DSP-5 license agreement from the U.S. Sate Department before dissemination can be made. Due to the limited distribution of the SSS, TDP and GFP/GFI Lists, questions and responses regarding them will not be posted publicly; however, questions resulting in updates to the SSS will be made available to companies who have completed the distribution agreement with a request for the additional documents in order to expedite the review process. Distribution agreements are to be submitted with solicitation number and IEWTPT Document Access Request in the subject line. This is not a final solicitation and no proposals are being requested at this time. The Government will not pay for any information received or costs incurred as a result of this announcement. Any cost associated with a response are solely at the interested respondent's expense. ACC - Orlando anticipates issuing the Final Solicitation electronically via the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov) in late 2QFY16. Points of Contact Wesley M.
