- Description
- In accordance with FAR 6.3021, DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) for Time Series, Daily/Weekly Rack Data, Daily Jet Market Data, Daily News Alerts, Ethanol & Biodiesel Information Service, and OPIS Newsletter Print Copy. The delivery period will be for a twelve (12) month period (7/1/2016 - 6/30/2017). This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations; however, any challenges to this sole source within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis must be received in writing and sent to dlaea.bps@dla.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete the requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent service exists which would meet the Government's needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated award date is June 25, 2016.
