- Administrative Support Services New England Region and Puerto Rico Solicitation Number: GS-01-P-16-BW-C-7007 Agency: General Services Administration Office: Public Buildings Service (PBS) Location: Contract Operations Branch (1PQB) Request For Proposal (RFP) for Performance Based - Commercial Items Procurement for Administrative Support Services throughout New England Region and Puerto Rico. The NAICS code for this project is 561110 and the size standard is $7.5 million. This procurement will be set aside for 100% Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business. This is a follow-on requirement. The Current Administrative Support Services are Non-Personal in nature and are similar to duties and typical tasks performed by Administrative Assistants, Secretaries, timekeepers, technical writers, graphic artists, and engineering technicians. The Contractor will be required to provide 11 positions CURRENTLY categorized under the following disciplines: Secretary II (1 Position) Engineering Technician VI (1 Position) Administrative Assistant (6 Position) Technical Writer II (1 Position) Secretary III (1 Position) Graphic Artist (1 Position) This will be a Labor-Hour Contract. The period of performance is a base period of one year with four, one-year options. The RFP will be issued on or about 05/09/2016. The pre-proposal conference will be on or about 05/16/2016. The start date for this contract will be on or about 08/01/2016. The solicitation will be available to download via this website only (www.fedbizopps.gov).
