- Amendment 4 Update 05/03/2016 Amendment 3 has bee issued to extend the bid closing date to 05/11/2016 by 1:00 pm (pacific time). Update 04/26/2016 Amendment 3 has been uploaded. The bid closing date has been changed to 05/05/2016 by 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). Emailed bids will be accepted (however, emailed bid bonds will NOT be accepted) See Amendment 3 for details. Update 03/31/2016 THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED. THE NEW DATE/TIME IS FRIDAY, APRIL 22, 2016 AT 10:00 am. THE OFFER DUE DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO MONDAY, MAY 2, 2016. SEE AMENDMENT 2 FOR DETAILS. Update 03/29/2016: THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED. THE NEW DATE/TIME IS WEDNESDAY, APRIL 6, 2016 AT 9:30 am. Participants shall meet at the junction of Forest Road 3N16 (also known as Holcomb Valley Road) and Green Valley Lake Road (coordinates 34.233456°, -117.089378°), then caravan to the job site.l Contact Damon Romero (909) 382-2615 or Joshua Direen (909) 382-2609 for directions and to verify weather conditions prior to the visit. The Contract shall install a bridge over Crab Creek on Holcomb Valley Road (Forest Service Road 3N16) in San Bernardino County, California. The project also includes removal and replacement of the existing asphalt approaches and removal of parts of an existing concrete structure in the creek near the proposed bridge. The Government's estimate for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The project work is estimated to begin on September 1, 2016 and has been alloted 61 calendar days for completion. The complete plans and specifications are available for download at www.fbo.gov The bid closing date has been changed to 04/11/2016 by 1:00 p.m. (Pacific time)
