- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT MAY 17, 2016 WITH QUOTES DUE ON JUNE 17, 2016. DESCRIPTION: The North Fork John Day Ranger District on the Umatilla National Forest in Ukiah, Oregon, has a requirement for a contractor to cut and deliver post and poles. This will be a pre-priced indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of a base plus two option years, not to exceed $100,000.
