- JA-7 AF Forms JA-6 Site Map & As Built Drawings JA-5 AF Form 66 JA-4 Wage Determination JA-3 Specifications JA-2 Statement of Work JA-1 Other Contract Requirements FA5004-16-B-C004 Eielson AFB, Alaska has a roof repair requirement to replace approximately 20,347 Square Feet (SF) for the roof of Bldg. 3347. The contractor shall provide all engineering, labor, equipment, and materials to perform the work required, in strict accordance with specifications and applicable drawings at Eielson AFB Alaska. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. The disclosure of magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204(e). This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160, with a small business size standard of $15.0M. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation is being issued electronically. It is available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished.
