- N68335-16-R-0282 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS TECH MANUAL 2 TECH MANUAL 1 ***** QUESTIONS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED. PLEASE SEE THE UPDATED ATTACHMENTS FOR THE QUESTIONS, ANSWERS, AND NEW ATTACHMENTS***** *****The solicitation for this effort has been extended to 06 June 2016 at 12:00 pm. This is to allow for additional time needed for the export controlled drawings to be sent. ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 06 JUNE 2016 AT 12:00 PM.***** The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ is officially releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on a competitive basis for a five (5) year fixed-price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for 2 First Article TTU-571/E PITS and Jumper Cable Assembly with a maximum of ninety (90) production units of the PITS and jumper cable assembly each. This effort is for the US Navy, FMS Royal Australian Air Force, and FMS Kuwait to support the new A/A42R-1 ARS configuration that was developed as part of the Avionics Upgrade Program. The RFP, Exhibit A (CDRLs), Attachment 1 (SOW), and Attachment 2 (Performance Specifications) are available as attachments to this solicitation. This procurement includes technical data requirements that are subject to export control laws. It is required that contractors must submit their certified copy of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement in order to receive Attachment 4 (Export Controlled Drawing Package). It is advised that contractors submit their certified copy of DD Form 2345 along with their request for a copy of the drawings listed in the RFP no later than 04 April 2016 in order to utilize the full time allotted under this solicitation for proposal prep and submittal. In addition to the DD2345, the interested offerors must be U.S. Government contractors and/or U.S. DoD contractors. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, which can be accessed at www.sam.gov. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.1 and FAR 6.401(b). All responsible sources are encouraged to submit required information for this effort as described above and in the RFP.
