- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to GE-Aviation Systems LLC doing business as Dowty Propellers, Anson Business Park, Cheltenham Road East, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, GL2 9QH, U.K. for repair of six (6) each LCAC propeller system Transfer Housings P/N 694003001and six (6) each LCAC propeller system Transfer Tubes Assemblies P/N 694002001. This procurement is sole source for the following reasons: Dowty Propellers is the original equipment manufacturer of these items and the items are proprietary. There are no other possible sources that can satisfy this requirement Delivery of the items will be by 31 December 2016. All articles to be delivered F.O.B. destination to the Receiving Office, Naval Support Activity (NSA) Panama City, Bldg 100, 100 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407.
