- Update for Solicitation W52P1J-15-R-0138: This amendment is for the Sources Sought Notice issued on 21 January 2014 for the Qatar Base Operations Support Services (Q-BOSS) requirement. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island anticipates releasing a draft solicitation for the Q-BOSS requirement in the late June/early July 2016 timeframe, with a Site Visit to follow soon after. The formal solicitation is anticipated to be released in the August 2016 timeframe. Interested parties should continue to monitor FBO for additional information. FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING THIS POTENTIAL EFFORT WILL BE POSTED UNDER W52P1J-15-R-0138. Potential procurement will be to provide resources and management necessary to perform Base Operations Support Services and other support services on Camp As Sayliyah (CAS), located in the State of Qatar. At times, support may be necessary to support missions outside Camp As Sayliyah, within the State of Qatar. The major functional areas of the work to be perfored are listed below: Logistics Public Works Community Services Support Staff Augmentation Safety Environmental Fire Department Postal Operations Full Food Service Installation Transportation Third Country National (TCN) Screener Services Staff Augmentation Please see attached document on what information must be provided NLT 3pm CT, Monday, 10 February 2014.
