- PTAC Wash Station Work to be Performed: Architectural: 1. A new concrete slab constructed as shown in the plans. 2. Install new steel carport shelter. 3. Connect Government supplied parts washing station. 4. Install new chain link fence with gates on open ends of carport. Electrical: 1. Connect to existing panel for new service. 2. 240 volt service hard wired to Government supplied parts wash station. 3. 120 volt service for convenience outlets and lighting. 4. New light fixtures attached to carport structure, with 3-way switches. Plumbing: 1. Connect to existing potable water supply. 2. New in-ground piping to connect new frost proof yard hydrant. 3. Supply water hose to connect hydrant with Government supplied parts wash station
