- Ft Benning School Furniture/Equipment/Supplies/Materials Drayage The Department of Defense Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to issue a firm fixed price, competitive award using FAR parts 12 & 13 for Drayage/Moving Services in support of the DoDEA/DDESS School District located at Fort Benning, Georgia. The expected period or timeframe for performance starts 2 days after receipt of award. Provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, quality control, and supervision to meet all packing, unpacking and movement requirements specified by the Performance Work Statement. The DDESS agency is a Federal Government, tax-exempted, educational entity and therefore qualifies for certain discount opportunities. 7. Also, please submit the information listed below with your quote. This business information is necessary in order to process a contract purchase order in the government procurement database. a. Invoicing, acceptance, and payment will be processed using the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) electronic system.
