- This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 6685-01-122-7942, Thermocouple, Immersion, source controlled to Honeywell International, CAGE 99193, DWG 3876014, P/N 3876014-3. The approved source is Temptron Engineering, Inc., CAGE 50413. Configuration Control applies. Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated annual demand quantity is 82 each per base year and each option years. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available at CFolders. Surge requirements do not apply. Required delivery is 130 days ARO. FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Destination is required. Acquisition of this part is restricted to source(s) specified on the source control drawing. Alternate offers will not be accepted. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a completed Source Approval Request (SAR) package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. The solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction; a reverse auction may be conducted. The solicitation issue date is on or about May 18, 2016.
