- Request for Proposal SPE4A7-16-R-1756 will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one year option years for a multi-NSN acquisition for NSN 1620-00-738-0711 and NSN 1650-01-574-5997. The item being procured for NSN 1620-00-738-0711 is a Valve, Control Steer and NSN 1650-01-574-5997 a Rod, Piston, Linear Actuating Cylinder. NSN 1620-00-738-0711 the Estimated Annual Quantity is 54 each and NSN 1650-01-574-5997 the Estimated Annual Quantity is 54 each. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. This is not a commercial item. This is an Export Controlled Item. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The required delivery schedule for NSN 1620-00-738-0711 is 248 days and NSN 1650-01-574-5997 is 144 days. Solicitation issue date is 23 JUNE 2016.
