- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contract Office - Fort Lee, intends to award, on a sole source basis, in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to Electronic Technician Association, 5 Depot Street, Greencastle, IN, 46135-8024 for Electrician Credentialing Exam Vouchers; NAICS Code 541511, (Custom Computer Programming Services), Size Standard $25.5M, SIC Code 7371 (Custom Computer Programming Services). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you know your firm possesses the ability to provide this service, you may respond by demonstrating your firm's technical capability to meet the requirement.
