- Attachment 0002 TIQ Attachment 0001 Specification Exhibit B Spare Parts "Preliminary Market research indicates adequate competition amongst small businesses for this effort and therefore we are only asking for responses from interested small businesses." The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for the following commercial items to support the Government of Bulgaria, Ministry of Defense: 2 EA Airport Rescue Fire Fighting Vehicles (ARFF), 1 EA lot of spare parts, and contractor provided OCONUS operator and maintenance training. This requirement is FOB Origin and RFID tags are required. This is a one-time buy with no option period. See current attachments posted with this RFI: Specification (Attachment 0001), Technical Information Questionnaire (TIQ) (Attachment 0002) and Spare Parts matrix (Exhibit B). Please respond to this RFI if interested and able to meet the technical aspects of this solicitation. ACC-WRN is requesting that any parties interested in the requirement or have feedback on the requirement to please contact Tanya Cabbell at tanya.r.cabbell.civ@mail.mil. The close dated for this Sources Sought/Request for Information is 5:00 p.m. local Warren, MI (EDT), 18 May 2016. If you can provide these items, please respond with the following information: 1. Company and Point of Contact Information 2. Cage Code 3. Small Business Classification of your company 4. How many days after receipt of order can you deliver a vehicle that meets these specificationn? 5. Provide a Rough Order of Magnitude price (can be a range) on a per vehicle basis 6. Any issues that would prevent you from offering a quote (ex. is your company not in the SAME system?) This is a request for information and no award will be made on the basis of this information.
