- This is the pre-solicitation for the following items: Purchase of (1) 12x12 Crossbar Switch Matrix (part # CB-3U18S-12X12-ENET) The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to Dow-Key Microwave due to unique RF Matrix capabilities with competition among distributors the above mentioned items as these must be compatible with existing equipment. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-16-T-0208. If you provide a quote via any other method, provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. Quotes will be due no later than 5/13/2016. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 5/3/2016. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to the point(s) of contact listed below or mailed to the Contracting Office Address listed below no later than 10 days from this notice date. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
